Mr. Prakalp M Jain is an investment banker turned entrepreneur possessing over 15 years of extensive experience in Banking, Finance & consulting domain across Project Finance, Corporate Funding, Infrastructure Finance, Renewable Energy, Public Private Partnership (PPP) segment with special focus on SME & Family Businesses. Mr. Jain has handled project worth over Rs. 5,000 crs. in SME, Startup & Corporate domain and has advised to over 400+ SME & family businesses across diverse sectors.
A Company Secretary & MBA (Finance) by qualification, Mr. Prakalp M Jain is Co-Founder of ‘EffoLogic Consulting’ headquartered at Indore, Madhya Pradesh with its foot prints in Maharasthra, Rajasthan, Chattiasgar, Gujrat, offering handholding services to the rising SME Segment. In the last few years, EffoLogic has helped & assisted over 400+ SMEs & Family Businesses in setting-up & expansion with over a 1,000 cr fund raising.
Mr. Prakalp Jain has been selected as ‘young icon’ & featured under ’40 Under 40 Power List’ by The Patrika Media Group (Madhya Pradesh) towards his contributions for Economic Empowerment. Prior to setting up EffoLogic, Mr. Jain worked with State Bank of India as Assistant Vice President in the Project Finance Business Unit, Mumbai.
