On the night of 14-08-13 around 2200 hrs a lady gave information that some suspicious activity is happening in the residence of Dr Henna khare On this information ct suneet negi and constable vishal kannojiya rushed to the spot The miscreants who were 6 in number got alert and escaped from the back door of the nursing home with cash and jewellery.

Meanwhile Dr. heena khare opened the front door and informed obout the dacoity and escaping of the miscreants to the police person late constable Sunit on closed the miscreants got hold of the miscreants fired at police Party. Meanwhile as the clash was going on another miscreants shot constable sunit negi from close range injuring him. In relaliation constable fired from his service pistol but other miscreants to save his man from ct sunit negi, fired closely at him in his chest. constable sunit was rushed to the hospital but was decleared brought dead.

constable Sunit negi put his life in danger in the entire encounter. He has set an example of gallantry, determination, devotion and dedication beyond his duty.
