On 28/02/2019 at about 1900 hrs troops of 92 Bn CRPF launched Cordon and Search Operation against terrorists at Village Khanoo Babagund, PS Karalgund, , Distt Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir. On 01/03/2019 during the exchange of fire with terrorist bullets hit to No 091530012 Inspector Pintu Kumar Singh of 92 Bn CRPF. Thus he laid down his life in the line of duty and attained martyrdom
